Pilates is a physical fitness program developed in the early 20th Century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates exercises promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance. There is also a strong focus on proper posture, movement patterns, balance, flexibility, and strength.
We offer Restorative Reformer classes as well as Reformer 1, 2, & 3 classes.
