My name is Will Bullard, originally from Detroit, MI. I’ve been around the world a time or two which has allowed me to gain an immense amount of knowledge on all things fitness by personal experience!! I’ve been to 70 different countries, playing high level professional basketball in the form of family friendly entertainment.
Traveling and playing basketball for months at a time can take a toll on the body, and that’s what influenced my love, dedication and passion for fitness! My motivation comes from deep within - through my own personal experiences; past and present, and I can for sure keep you fueled, to keep you positive, and to keep you pushing!

Cassandra believes that life is about finding balance while striving to improve ourselves every day. She has a NASM personal training certification as well as a TRX and Zumba fitness instructor certification. She has been personal training since 2019 and has found that getting results is about good communication, finding the right combination of strength, resistance, cardio, and of course nutrition. Sarah is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and has multiple certifications through the Chek Institute which include Scientific Back Training, and Scientific Core Conditioning. She's certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her primary focus is corrective exercise. If you have any chronic injuries, or are trying to prevent them, she's the trainer for you. She's also trained golfers who's drives have improved 20-40 yards after working with her.
Casey is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is currently working towards his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). He has a masters in biomechanics. He graduated from Casa Grande in 2015 and played D1/D2 collegiate football and baseball. He can help you achieve your goals whatever they might be through hard work and hold you accountable to reach your highest fitness potential.
