Jody has studied Kinesiology and got his fitness, health and nutrition certification at the SRJC. He has been a student of fitness his whole adult life and played all sports from swimming to basketball since he was a child. Jody has learned that to achieve your best, it takes discipline, hunger and goals. He believes he can create a team with his clients to inspire, motivate, and help make changes to the body that you can’t do on your own. Jody wants to pass these valuable lessons on, in hopes to help someone make the changes they need to become the best version of themselves.

Heather has been a NASM certified personal trainer since 2012. She is passionate about helping people improve their lifestyles. She enjoys working with clients towards their personal goals and celebrating success when their goals are met. Heather was an athlete growing up. She played soccer and eleven years as a competitive cheerleader. Once her cheerleading days came to an end, she spent more time lifting weights in the gym. Heather believes in doing some sort of activity every day to keep your body strong and moving. Heather has recovered from a few surgeries and have had to rebuild atrophied muscles. She is fascinated by how the body responds to consistency and hard work. No matter what your goal is: if you stay committed, eat healthy, and work hard, it is absolutely attainable! When Heather is not in the gym, she loves being with her family and friends. She enjoys being outside, hiking, going to the beach, and camping during the summer time. sARAH cOLASANTI

Sarah is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and has multiple certifications through the Chek Institute which include Scientific Back Training, and Scientific Core Conditioning.  She's certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Her primary focus is corrective exercise.  If you have any chronic injuries, or are trying to prevent them, she's the trainer for you. She's also trained golfers who's drives have improved 20-40 yards after working with her.
