What is the cost?

We have multiple membership options available, as well as family and corporate memberships.  Find our rates here!

How can I receive updates on the club?

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates. You can also complete our contact form to receive newsletter notifications.

Do you accept all major Credit Cards?

Yes, including American Express.

What about heavy weights?

YES! Our dumbbells go up to 125 pounds and we have an Olympic rig with bumper plates, a full line of Atlantis plate loaded equipment and multiple squat racks.

What are your business hours?

Mon-Thurs 5am-10pm, Fri 5am -9pm,  and Sat & Sun 7am-7pm.

Do you have childcare?

Due to COVID-19 regulations, we are unable to provide childcare at this time.

Are group fitness classes included in my membership?

Gold members have access to limited group fitness classes.

 

Platinum members have access to all group fitness classes.

What other amenities will come with my membership?

Every new member at Sonoma Fit will receive a FREE 50 minute fitness orientation with one of our certified personal trainers. State of the art locker rooms with day use combination locks and towel service are also included.

 

What is Room X?

Room X is located at Sonoma Fit Petaluma and Novato, Room X is our version of what you would find in the most popular boutique fitness studios in the country. Team training is what it’s all about. Each 45 min. class is taught by a certified personal trainer or coach and focuses on multiple fitness modalities including running, rowing, TRX, free weights and more! These classes are for busy people who want quick, challenging and efficient workouts.

 

Can I use my membership at all locations?

Platinum memberships can be used at any Sonoma Fitness location, including any future clubs we open!

Is the Sonoma Fit app available for both iPhone and Androids?

Yes. The app for Sonoma Fit can be found by searching “Sonoma Fit” in the App Store or Google Play.

 

Please note, you must be a member in order to use the app.

How do I sign up for a class?

Click any of the links on our website to book a class or Log into your Sonoma Fit app by Net Pulse. Select “Find a Class”, click on the class you would like to attend, followed by selecting “Book Now."

 

If I do not attend a group fitness class I signed up for what happens?

For all group exercise classes – there is a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for a class in which you have reserved a space, you will be charged a $19 fee. You may cancel class using the app, or if you are within 12 hours of class start time, call the front desk.

What shoes can I wear to an indoor cycle class?

You can wear stiff sole tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips. 

Do you have classes appropriate for seniors?

YES! We have many classes appropriate for the senior population including cycling, TRX and yoga.

How do I refer a friend?

You can refer a friend through our Sonoma Fit app by clicking the “Refer a Friend” icon. If they join, you will earn points towards free merchandise and personal training.

 

Can I take a class or use the gym if I'm not a member?

YES! You have 2 options. Day passes are $20/day with unlimited access to Sonoma Fit with the exception of small group and team training classes. Those classes are available for an additional $20 fee per class. 

5 day passes are also available for $49 and must be used on consecutive days.

How do I freeze my membership?

Medical Freeze: If you are unable to use the facility because of injury, you may put your membership on hold for a $15 per month fee

Travel Freeze: If you are out of the area, 30 miles or more for 30 consecutive days or more, you may put your membership on hold for $20 per month for individuals maximum credit is for 3 months per calendar year.

How do I cancel my membership?
Please email cancel@sonoma-fit.com in order to cancel your membership. Each member is required to cancel your individual membership regardless if you are on an individual plan or family plan. 30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle is required to terminate any membership. If you are on a contract, you will be charged an early cancellation fee if cancelled prior to the expiration date. If you discontinue or have a lapse in your membership, there is a $99 fee to reinstate your membership within a 12 month period. After one year of not being a member, you must pay the current enrollment fee to reinstate your membership.
